Corporate Law and Investment Matters

With scope of works consisting the establishment of domestic and foreign companies in accordance to the foreign and/or domestic investment regulations, such as establishment of representative offices, technical assistance, franchising and distribution arrangements, restructuring of companies, sale and purchase of shares, change of management’s, merger, acquisition and liquidation.

Capital Market in General

Scooping licensing for securities company, primary market, standard operation procedure, legal due diligence and dispute resolution on secondary market.

Recovery

Subrogation of existing claims to third parties that can increase financial income for the company.

Banking Insurance Finance

Scooping preparation of loan agreements and securities documents, settlement on disputes resolution, investigation on asset and debt restructuring.
